Tony was first recommended to us by a few close friends when my fiance and I were looking for our first home. Buying a house itself is stressful enough, much less being a first time home buyer. From the first time we met Tony he gave off a professional yet personable impression. I could tell right away that he really meant it when he said he was committed to helping us find our first home. Tony graciously offered to stay and wait to hear from the seller while we had to return to work. He drove out of his way to get the paperwork to us both individually to make sure we closed on time. Both friends called Tony and used him as their realtor. As a thanks for the referrals, Tony took us out to dinner to catch up and also discuss realty (we were casually thinking about buying a duplex). Less than a week later, we were looking at houses. And a few days after that, we had put in our first offer. And before we knew it, we were moving into our amazing south Minneapolis duplex. Yep, he’s just that good! I originally met Tony Oliveri as a reference from a close friend of mine. I spent two and a half years trying to buy a foreclosure. The three other buying agents I dealt with were slow to call, txt, or e-mail me back. It would some time take days to get a showing. I put offers in on 5 properties but I was either late and other offers were accepted or the paperwork was wrong and my submission was rejected. That all changed when I met Tony. He was always available. He fed me information on properties I may be interested in. When I had a property I wanted to look at he would show me the property not only the same day but sometimes within an hour. Being a first-time home buyer is hard, confusing, and very intimidating. My search for a home took 9 months. Along the entire time with my varying wants and needs, rants and raves was Tony.
